Ultimately, he resolved the situation to my satisfaction. As a result, I am happy to once again be using their service, as I had always felt they did a good job with my clothes and have very competitive prices, particularly when compared to other local cleaning services. I was impressed that the owner of the business was so determined to make me a happy customer.
